Custom and personalized orders

I gladly accept custom and personalized requests. Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

Need to cancel

Cancelations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. If we have already started on your order, the shipping label has been purchased, or it has already been mailed, we cannot cancel your order.

Returns/Exchanges

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Item arrived damaged

You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged. Send photos immediately of your damaged product AND packaging. We will assess the damage and remedy the situation. You may be asked to turn in the damaged items to your postal carrier for an insurance claim.
